Have you ever felt like you’re walking through life without a clear direction? Or perhaps you’ve had a moment where you realized you’ve been working hard but still feel uncertain about where you’re headed?
As we approach 2025, it's the perfect time to assess where we are, where we want to be, and how we can get there with clarity and vision. For me, this has been a time of deep reflection, growth, and transformation.
In the past, I often found myself caught up in the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, responding to circumstances rather than intentionally creating my path. But something shifted recently. I realized that to truly manifest the life I desired, I needed to take the time to create a vision for the future. Not just any vision—but one that is clear, intentional, and aligned with my deepest desires.
This journey led me to create something that has become a powerful tool in my own life: a journal focused on Direction, Clarity, and Vision for 2025.
Why is Direction, Clarity & Vision so important?
Without direction, we wander aimlessly. Without clarity, we remain uncertain. And without a vision, we lack purpose. I believe that by setting intentional goals and visualizing our desired outcomes, we unlock the power to manifest the life we truly want. But vision alone isn’t enough. We need to take practical steps toward that vision to bring it to life.
How do we do this?
Creating a vision for 2025 requires more than just wishful thinking. It requires alignment and action. Here’s how I approached it:
1. Reflect on Where You Are Right Now
Before moving forward, take a moment to reflect on where you are in your life, business, and personal growth. What are you currently experiencing, and what lessons have you learned from the past year? What do you want to leave behind as you enter 2025?
Take time to journal your thoughts, and ask yourself:
- What am I grateful for in my current journey?
- What has worked well for me in 2024?
- What have I learned that will help me as I move forward?
This reflection will provide the foundation for where you want to go.
2. Define Your Vision for 2025
What does your ideal year look like? What do you want to achieve in your career, health, relationships, or spiritual growth? When you think about the end of 2025, how do you want to feel? What do you want to have accomplished?
Here’s a simple exercise I’ve used to define my vision:
- Close your eyes and imagine yourself at the end of 2025.
- What does your life look like?
- What are you doing?
- Who are you with?
- How does it feel to be living this reality?
Write it all down. Let your vision be as detailed and expansive as possible. The more vivid the image, the more aligned you’ll be in taking steps toward it.
3. Set Intentions and Break It Down
Now that you have your vision, it’s time to break it down into smaller, actionable goals. The direction you want to go in may seem overwhelming at first, but by breaking it into chunks, you can take steady and meaningful steps.
I’ve created a system in my journal that helps me do just that:
- Set your overarching goals for 2025.
- Break these goals down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly intentions.
- Take daily actions to support your progress.
Each day, check in with your goals and see how your actions align with your vision.
4. Stay Accountable & Keep Adjusting
The path to a meaningful 2025 isn’t always linear. There will be setbacks, and your vision may evolve as you grow. The key is to stay flexible while keeping your eyes on the bigger picture.
I’ve learned the importance of accountability in this journey. Whether through journaling, working with a coach, or surrounding myself with a supportive community, keeping track of progress and adjusting when necessary has been crucial.
How can you incorporate this into your life?
I’m hosting an event called By God’s Design: Direction, Clarity & Vision for 2025 on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM via Zoom. This event will provide you with the tools and guidance to align your 2025 vision with divine purpose. During the event, we’ll dive into reflective exercises and goal-setting strategies to help you take intentional steps toward creating your best year yet. It’s not just about visualizing your future—it’s about turning that vision into reality through purposeful action every day.

Have you ever felt like no matter what you do, money just slips through your fingers? Or that financial stability is always just out of reach?
If so, you're not alone. My own journey to healing my relationship with money has been marked by ups and downs, moments of clarity, and periods of frustration. Recently, a profound experience with fraud threw me into a new phase of processing and growth, leading me to draw on my Trauma of Money Certification and incorporate energy work. This journey hasn’t just been about managing money better; it’s about learning to identify and release limiting beliefs and rewrite stories that were holding me back.
When I encountered fraud, I didn’t feel anger, but I recognized it as an inconvenience and an unexpected disruption. Rather than letting it consume me, I treated it as a learning moment—a reminder to trust and not worry about money. This experience became an opportunity to pray for the person who committed the act and to send them healing energy. I saw it as a reflection of their brokenness, a sign that anyone who would steal from strangers must be dealing with deep struggles. It was the God in me that allowed me to respond this way, and without His guidance, I would be lost in these moments.
From this space of compassion and trust, “The Healed Money Movement” was born. This experience encouraged me to build a community that centers on healing, growth, and abundance, and that aligns with the understanding that our relationship with money is as much a spiritual journey as it is a financial one.
As I delved deeper into energy work and trauma recovery, I found myself asking new questions. How could I move beyond the worry and fear that had once dominated my thoughts around money? What practices could help me heal the beliefs that had been instilled in me and replace them with trust and peace? This journey wasn't about merely surviving; it was about embracing the flow of abundance and learning to let go of the grip money once had on my emotions. I recognized that healing had to begin with an understanding of how deeply I had been shaped by my fears around money.
And so, just like the fraud incident taught me to surrender and trust, I began to incorporate new practices that shifted my perspective on money. I moved from worry to wisdom, from scarcity to abundance, and from survival to surrender. Here are some of the most impactful steps I took, which you can incorporate into your own journey:
1. Identify Your Money Story:
It all starts with awareness. Reflect on your personal money story and its origins. For me, there was a lingering narrative of scarcity, fear, and struggle. Acknowledging this allowed me to begin the process of rewriting my relationship with money. Journal out your own beliefs and the emotions that come up. Ask yourself: What are my earliest memories of money? How did my family view and discuss finances?
2. Release Emotional Attachments Through Energy Work:
Our limiting beliefs often create blockages in our energy field, which can impact our emotional and physical well-being. Energy practices, like EFT tapping or visualization, can help release these beliefs. Focus on letting go of the fear, guilt, or distrust that once held you back from experiencing financial peace.
3. Set Positive Intentions for Financial Wellness:
Healing your relationship with money requires setting a vision for what you want your financial life to look like. This isn't about ignoring reality—it's about creating positive, healthy intentions. Develop affirmations that create peace in your financial world—such as “I deserve financial security” or “Money flows to me easily as I align with my purpose.”
4. Reframe Scarcity Thinking:
Scarcity isn't just about “not enough”—it’s about how we interpret what we do have. Notice when you're in survival mode and take a pause. Ask yourself, “Is this thought serving me? What’s the truth of my financial situation right now?”
5. Seek a New Emotional Anchor:
Healing is deeply connected to our emotional anchors. I found that gratitude and trust were essential to releasing past trauma. Start or end each day by acknowledging the abundance you already have, and express gratitude for it. This shifts your emotional relationship with money from fear to security and abundance.
Through these practices, I’ve witnessed transformation in my own financial life. Healing isn’t always immediate, but it’s possible for anyone willing to dig deep, challenge their beliefs, and work through their emotions. Each small step you take is a powerful investment in your peace and abundance.
