But through all of this, I’ve learned invaluable lessons and discovered powerful strategies to overcome these obstacles. 1. Leaning into Your Support System

When life gets tough, one of the most powerful tools we have is our support system. I’ve found that leaning into my friends, family, and community has been crucial in navigating my challenges. It’s remarkable how shifting my energy can shift my perspective.
